The shocking footage shows the end of a car chase after a business near the Gateway Plaza Shopping Center was broken into Friday, the Vallejo Police Department said told KRON4.
Police allege the suspect was driving recklessly and crashed into a truck in the area of Auto Mall Pkwy and Admiral Callaghan Lane.

According to police, the suspect, who was wearing jeans and a white sweater, was arrested and tried to escape.
The video, taken by a civilian in a car, shows an officer pulling the woman out of the car door, slamming her against the nearby truck, before pulling her to the ground and punching her in the face. The officer then holds the woman and sits on her head.
After the woman is handcuffed, the officer picks her up off the floor and forcefully walks her away from the camera.
Both the woman and the police officer were injured in the arrest, police told KRON4.
The suspect was injured in the car crash, and the officer was injured after trying to arrest the woman. The woman is currently in police custody, authorities said.
The name of the suspect or the officer involved in the arrest has yet to be released.
