A flight to Moscow had to make an emergency landing after an airline safety instructor caused a mass brawl on the plane.
Shocking video footage on board the plane shows a man in a blue T-shirt, believed to be 44-year-old airline safety instructor Ilya, being dragged to the back of the plane by an unnamed man.
A cameraman follows them as other passengers look stunned at what happened during their routine flight from Anadyr, in Russia’s far east, to Moscow earlier this month.
The man then kicks Ilya to the ground before he can subdue him, continuing to shout in Russian.
The video then cuts to another anonymous man being held by the cabin crew, where he is then restrained using cable ties to tie his hands and legs behind his back.

Russian media report that eyewitnesses claim the 44-year-old airline safety instructor became extremely aggressive, forcing the pilot to make an emergency landing in the Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk.
According to first-hand accounts, Ilya was drunk during the flight and began fighting with his fellow airline safety instructors before fellow passengers were drawn into the heated argument.
The cabin crew then tried to calm the situation, but Ilya then tried to hit a flight attendant, escalating the disagreement into a massive brawl at 30,000 feet.
Dzen.rua Russian media outlet, reports that Ilya was eventually overpowered by the cabin crew with the help of two passengers.
However, because he did not stop threatening the crew, the plane was forced to make an emergency landing after Rossiya Airlines decided it could not guarantee the safety of passengers and crew.
Ilya was handed over to the police, where a criminal case was opened against him in which he was accused of “hooliganism.”
It is also claimed that Rossiya Airlines plans to go to court to recover damages from the troublemaker.
