Shocking images reveal the cities that ‘will be flooded by global warming against 2100 while the sea level rises by a maximum of 6.2 feet’ so can you see where they are?
While the emission of greenhouse gases continues to rise, scientists reveal that many of the cities of the world will be flooded in just 75 years.
In 2100, global sea level will rise with a stunning 6.2ft (1.9 meters) if the emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2) continue to increase, experts in Singapore say.
Now artificial intelligence (AI) reveals exactly what this could look like.
MailOnline turned to Google’s AI Image Generator IMAGEFX to display nine of the worldwide cities that are particularly vulnerable to rising sea level.
We have given the order for every city; “Let me see what it would look like in the year 2100 where Zee levels rose 6.2 feet.”
But can you see which cities they are? Scroll down for answers.
As scientists already know, climate change results in intense rainfall because warmer air can have more moisture.
And because the rainfall throughout the world increases on average, the chances of flooding are getting higher.

Firstly, this Asian city is one of the most densely populated on the continent, with a population of around nine million.
But the threat of rising sea level means that city planners have to think quickly to prevent it from being under water against 2100.
The impression of this image artist shows how authorities have made an increased road system to keep traffic higher than the water.
It has also adapted to rising sea level with island parks, connected by a series of boats, while some of his skyscrapers have turned into ‘vertical forests’.

This Western city is known for its music, annual festivals and street party atmosphere, making it a popular choice for tourists.
But the CBD seems completely flooded in this imagefx interpretation, in which the waterline steadily penetrates one of its many bridges.

In 2100, commuters may have to go through the streets of the city instead of cars instead of cars, or another form of futuristic transport.

With around a quarter of a million inhabitants, this European former City of Culture is known for its rich maritime history and architecture.
But it is also one of the most vulnerable floods in this specific country because of the location – confronted with a large tidal bear.
As a low -lying area, with around 90 percent of the city below sea level, it is the second most vulnerable city to overflow after the capital.
A long -term rainfall event in November 2000 saturated the land and flooded low -lying areas, while in June 2007 the intense rainfall overwhelmed the drainage systems of the city.
Imagefx also shows unusual floating pods with glass windows connected by a network of walkway to make a loss of land good.

Increased motorways snakes are a road over the water along the iconic temples of the city, while flying taxis compensate for the lack of non -sampled land.
In the meantime, enormous high speed ships transport people through the waters, strewn in between with his famous tourist boats.
Almost half of the city is already less than one meter (3.2 feet) above sea level, making it particularly vulnerable to floods, according to Earth org.

Together with Liverpool, this next one must be one of the world’s most famous port cities, founded in the 9th century.
Historically, it has received its fortune as an important trade hub, which has received a reputation as one of the richest cities in Europe.
However, its position makes it particularly vulnerable to heavy rainfall, floods in the interior and storm teases – so that evacuation is a real possibility in the coming years.

For this city, the expected costs of a flood disaster possibly reach € 9.3 billion in 2100 under extreme climate scenarios, according to Climate X.
It has already implemented a series of flood protection measures, such as improving thick systems, improving the drainage infrastructure and developing early warning systems.

The extensive network of channels of this city – more than 160 in total – helps to offer a constant flow of tourists throughout the year.
But they also mean that rising sea level could easily flood the city, so that the historic streets and buildings are set outside the borders.
In the Imagefx impression, some bridges of the city are reused as shoots to launch boats into the water.
It seems that visitors have to make their way by guiding boats instead of renting bicycles.

This historic city is notorously vulnerable to the consequences of climate change, such as rising sea level, extreme waves and storm tides.
It has always been the risk of flooding, but these types of events have become ‘uncomfortable’ in recent decades, says Royal Museums Greenwich.
In November 2019 it was affected by a tide of more than 1.8 meters (5.9 feet) high and more than 80 percent of it was under water.
If you want to see what a flooding event could look like, James Bond was depicted in a sinking building in this city in the film ‘Casino Royale’ from 2006.

This Asian city has poor drainage and heavy rainfall – a potentially deadly combination in the rest of the century.
It is the home of 14 million people and underwent a rapid and unorganized industrial expansion from the 1850s, making it vulnerable to natural disasters, according to Earth Org.
The poor economic history of the city has led to poor maintenance of infrastructure and city planning, which leads to clogged and unsanitary waste water and sub -optimal channel design, “it says.

Finally, this popular coastal city and tourist hotspot – especially for young British – looks almost unrecognizable.
The sunny, subtropical climate and beautiful beaches are displayed as something of a lost city surrounded by water.
The local government says on its website: “Serious floods is one of the many natural dangers that our city is confronted with every year.”
