Mark Wahlberg showed off his toned abs in a new Instagram video on Sunday as he ordered a cart of ice cream from room service to continue his crazy health regimen.

The actor, 53, made headlines in 2018 after sharing his crazy schedule online, which included waking up at 2:30am every morning and working out at 4am.

Now it seems Mark has expanded his schedule and revealed how he keeps up the grueling regime while away from home.

The shirtless Ted star was spotted in a hotel bathroom before revealing a three-tiered trolley with bags of ice stacked on top, ready to be poured into the tub.

Mark rocked a pair of swim trunks and sneakers as he sipped a cup of coffee while showing off a sign on the ice cream truck that read, “Ice cream is being held for a VIP.”

The actor, 53, appears to have expanded his already intense schedule and revealed how he’s keeping up while staying away from home

He explained, “Wow, everywhere we go we get an ice bath. I’ll keep living that cold life, let’s recharge it.

‘That’s a lot of ice, we’ll have to send some back and put it on ice for tomorrow. I love it.’

He wrote: ‘Live that cold life’.

Earlier this year, Mark revealed that he had taken his early morning fitness routine to a crazy new level, revealing that he now goes to the gym at 2am instead of 4am.

The actor upped his game by confessing that he has started getting up even earlier to exercise so he could “get a head start.”

Documenting his intense training regime and uploading to his account, he wrote: ‘My week starts at 2am on Sunday. Make sure you have a head start.’

The video started with him lifting his shirt towards the camera to show off his washboard abs.

Then a series of clips of him working out flashed across the screen; Mark was seen doing push-ups, leg presses and weight lifting, among other things.

The movie star first spoke about his abnormal schedule in 2018. At the time, he said he would wake up at 2:30 a.m. and be at the gym by 4 a.m., where he would work out for more than an hour.

In a follow-up video, he responded to people wondering what time he goes to bed to be at the gym by 2 a.m.

‘What time should I go to bed? Eight hours of sleep, always. If I am [up to go to] the gym at 1am, which means I went to bed at 5pm. Do the math,’ he said.

The movie star explained that his morning routine usually consists of praying, showering and then going to the gym.

“That happens every day,” he added. ‘No more excuses. Get up and do it. Let’s go.’

In February, Mark discussed his vigorous regimen with People magazine, and he admitted that while there are certainly days when he doesn’t feel like getting up early to go to the gym, he always ends up pushing himself because he “doesn’t want to live with regrets.”

“I don’t want to miss anything because if, God forbid, I cut corners, don’t show up, don’t put the work in and I don’t get the results I want, I know why,” he said. explained.
