David Beckham showed off his incredibly toned physique on Instagram as he worked out shirtless in his lavish home gym on Saturday.
The former England footballer, 49, appeared in good spirits as he demonstrated his strength as he worked his abs by performing hanging knee-ups.
In the short clip, David showed off his heavily tattooed body while wearing navy blue workout shorts and green sneakers.
He wrote: ‘Strong. Saturday morning abs thanks Bob @mrbobbyrich’.
It comes after David the concerns he had about his daughter Harper watching his Netflix documentary.

David revealed what inspired him to film his tell-all documentary, BECKHAM, as he called it a ‘love letter’ to football and his family.

Speaking to VARIETY about his concerns about Harper, 12, watching the show, David explained: ‘I was a little worried about my daughter seeing some of the things that were said about me over the years and how she would respond.”
In the four-part series, the Beckhams gave an intimate insight into their marriage and early romance, their family life, and charted David’s football career.
Speaking on Good Morning America, he said he wanted to combine all these aspects, package it together and give it as a “love letter” to his sport and family.
He told presenters Robin Roberts, Michael Strahan, Lara Spencer and George Stephanopoulos: ‘The only reason I did it was because it was kind of a love letter to my career and the sport and also, more importantly, to my family.
“My family has been such an incredible support system throughout my life and career.
“To have all that archive and all that footage in one place, I could literally say ‘there you go’ and that was really the only reason to do it.”
“I think we were all nervous going into it because… even though we’re pictured all over the world, and people know who we are in most places, to let people into our house… But I also said that if I’m going to do this, I’m going to do it right and I’m going to do it just once so that everyone participates,” he added.
BECKHAM premiered in October 2023, and while chatting on GMA, David revealed that it wasn’t until then that his youngest son, Cruz, realized how good his father was at football.
