Conor McGregor has shown his injuries after being hit by a car while riding his bike on Friday.
The 44-year-old MMA fighter took to Instagram to show fans the large, gruesome cut he sustained on his butt as a result of the incident.
Conor, who was apparently lucky to escape with just the cut, was involved in the incident along a tree-lined country road, believed to be in Ireland.

He posted images of the immediate aftermath on his Instagram page saying ‘I could have been dead’ as an incredibly remorseful man tells McGregor how sorry he is.
His crumpled turquoise racing bike could be seen on the ground with a gray car several meters ahead.
The MMA fighter, who goes by The Notorious, said he was struck from behind while riding his bike on the highway.
Filming after the accident, the Irish mixed martial arts champion, who will coach The Ultimate Fighter, appeared breathless and shaken.

At one point, the video shows McGregor’s torn bike pants and what appears to be an upper leg wound.
The man who appeared to be in the car can be heard apologizing to McGregor, having pulled over to the side of the road several yards ahead.
McGregor says: ‘All good mate, all good. Don’t worry about that.
He adds, ‘I could have been dead’, but tells the man ‘all good mate’.
“I’m so sorry, really,” says the other man.

The MMA champion wrote on his Instagram page: ‘I got hit with a car now from behind. A sun trap, the driver couldn’t see me.
‘At full speed straight through me. Thank God, it was not my time.
‘Thank you wrestling and judo too. Having a conscience on the landing saved my life.
The fighting champion asked the man to take him home, as his little blue bicycle was lying in the middle of the country road.

McGregor continued filming from the passenger seat of the man’s car, who introduced himself as Nick.
The shocked Irishman points his camera at the trunk to show his battered bike after the collision.
‘I’m still here, thank God. That’s all that matters,” says McGregor.
