Kelly Rowland got the star treatment on Monday for her appearance on Sherri Shepherd’s self-titled talk show.
It appears the 43-year-old singer — who is promoting her new Netflix film Mea Culpa — had a different experience on the Sherri show than last week when it was reported that she “walked out” of the Today show due to inappropriate clothing room accommodations.
When the official Sherri Instagram account shared clips from the episode – which aired on Monday – online, a fan commented regarding the drama that unfolded on Thursday.
“I think her dressing room is acceptable,” wrote a social media user with the handle @askmarkward. Sherri, 56, quickly responded from her personal Instagram account, writing, “Oh we got her a beautiful room! (heart emoji) It’s Kelendria Rowland (fire emoji).”
It is unclear whether the Sherri show taping was recorded before or after the Today show incident.

On Friday, it was claimed that Kelly had left her job as a guest host on the Today Show after she and her team expressed their dissatisfaction with the locker rooms provided.
According to sources spoken to, the action got host Hoda Kotb in trouble Page six.
The insiders told the publication that Rowland was playing a game of “musical dressing rooms” with her crew.
Her entourage reportedly requested the green room upstairs because “they didn’t like the room she was in” — but Jennifer Lopez occupied the room at the time as she arrived there earlier to promote her new album and movie This Is. Me now.
Rita Ora was called to replace Kelly. However, the former Destiny’s Child singer did appear for an interview during the 8 a.m. segment of the Today show.
DailyMail.com has reached out to Rowland’s representatives and has yet to hear back.
For the spot on the Sherri show, Kelly wore a long, gold and black dress with a tiger print all over it, and later promised the host could have it.
‘Do they have this in size 14 and larger? “Because I want this dress!” said Shepherd, 56, as she complimented Rowland on her appearance. Rowland then responded, “I’m sure they do (but) I’ll leave it with you.”
‘Leave it with me! I need two to sew them together,” Sherri joked.
During her sit-down, Rowland also took a moment to applaud Shepherd for being “light, positive energy.”
