Shein shopper makes horrifying discovery in her package: ‘Never ordering again’
An online shopper was shocked to discover creepy creatures in her Shein delivery.
TikTok Emma Coad revealed in a video that she found live worms after opening a package she received from the Chinese fast-fashion giant.
“I could throw up right now,” wrote the outraged customer.
The clip shows several Shein bags on the floor before the camera zooms in to a paper plate with three wriggling worms on it.

The TikToker responded to the August 28 post with several people, one of whom said she never planned on ordering from Shein again.
Some still couldn’t believe what they were seeing. One commenter asked, “Is this real?”
“I swear it’s real, I can’t make it up,” Coad replied.
She said she “screamed so hard” when she saw the sickening discovery.
“I literally wanted to throw up. I can’t make it up! I threw the packages out and they fell on my feet and the floor,” Coad said. The American Sun.
Shein said it launched an “immediate investigation” into the shocking discovery
Coad said he contacted Shein after the discovery, but the company took no action.
“They have unfortunately emailed me to say that it is not their fault and they are not liable,” she said.
The TikTokker also said that Shein would not refund her money for the order.
“It makes me so angry that they won’t give me any compensation,” she said.
“And clearly they’re smart enough to do that, given the popularity of my TikTok.”
The company said in a statement to DailyMail.com that it had “been in contact with the customer” and had since offered Coad a full refund.
“When we received the customer’s inquiry, we immediately launched an investigation,” a Shein spokesperson said.
“This indicated that when the package passed through our quality control process and left our facility, it contained only the SHEIN items ordered.”

A commenter on Coad’s post claimed to have had a similar experience with an order from Shein.
“Mine literally had a bug and it was very difficult to get my money back,” the user wrote.
Others were afraid to open their own Shein packages.
“Awesome, just placed an order and then I saw this would be opening outside UGH too,” one commenter wrote.
“That’s why I open mine in the guest bathroom,” another added. “I can run out, lock the door, and never go back in.”
