‘She is beautiful!’ Gwen Stefani, 53, fans rush to her defence

Fans of Gwen Stefani rushed to her defense after trolls accused her of being “too old to wear that much makeup” in her latest post.

The singer, 53, took to Instagram on Saturday for a makeup tutorial to promote her GXVE Beauty brand, where she was seen contouring her nose.

The superstar promoted a contouring product and captioned the tutorial video: “Get the perfect nose contour every time with Pick It Up.”

However, some trolls weren’t happy with the look, as one commented, “You’re wearing too much makeup for your age!”

But her fans, as always, were there to support her and one of them responded to the comment that she was “beautiful.”

Another posted, “Gwen is beautiful,” as another shared, “there’s no such thing as ‘too much makeup’ especially when she’s this old and looking this good!”

A third wrote: ‘It’s so disturbing to see women here so vilely judging another. Social media doesn’t give you the means to come here and be cruel. To be better.’

Another said, “There’s no such thing as ‘too much makeup,’ especially when she’s THAT AGE and looks this good.”

Another wrote, “She looks amazing whether she wears makeup or not, it’s her choice and not anyone else’s.”

However, a new thread agreed with the first fan, criticizing, “She already had a nice nose and wants to contour it to make it look thinner?”

Another commented, “You’re beautiful without all that makeup.”

It comes after Gwen was accused of Photoshopping and using fillers in another snap posted to promote her makeup brand on Thursday.

One of them said, ‘Not so much Photoshop please. That’s not what 50+ people look like. They all have a certain amount of wrinkles and that’s nice too. You don’t have to lie.’

Gwen Stefani is now married to husband Blake Shelton.

The California native shares her three children — sons Kingston, 17, Zuma, 14, and Apollo, nine — with her ex-husband, Bush rocker Gavin Rossdale.

Just over a week ago, Stefani and Shelton were seen boarding a private jet, heading to his sprawling Ten Point Ranch in rural Oklahoma.

And then, later that same day, Stefani began posting photos and videos of himself enjoying the outdoors in and around his property, a 2,150-square-foot, four-bedroom home located on over 1,300 acres in Tishomingo.

The couple have been able to spend more time together in recent weeks after Shelton wrapped up his 23-season run on The Voice last month.

The couple can often be found at the ranch in Oklahoma when they get a break from their hectic Hollywood lives.

Stefani, who has confessed to taking to country life ever since she and Shelton became an item, has even adopted country fashion at times.

Stefani and Shelton went public with their romance in November 2015 after meeting on The Voice.

They finally decided to tie the knot in July 2021 in a chapel on Shelton’s farm, which was actually postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
