She had a flourishing career in the 1980s and 1990s and is still working today.

This beauty made very successful films, with some of her costars being the most popular men of their time.

Some of the handsome male actors she shared the screen with include Tom Selleck, Richard Gere and Robert Downey Jr.

And this lady also starred with pin-up Michelle Pfeiffer in Married To The Mob in the 1980s.

There’s also a Blake Lively connection.

On Monday she was seen at the premiere of her new film with Hilary Swank. Who is she?

She is Nancy Travis.

The girl-next-door actress starred in 1987’s Three Men And A Baby with Selleck as well as Ted Danson and Steve Guttenberg, which put her on the map.

Then came 1988’s Married To The Mob with Pfeiffer.

That same year, she starred in the popular baseball film Eight Men Out with John Cusack and in I’ll be Home For Christmas with Hal Holbrook.

In the 1990s she scored hit after hit.

In 1990 she played Loose Cannons as Riva opposite Downey.

After that she played a bigger role Internal Affairs – also in 1990 – as Kathleen ‘Kathy’ Avilla opposite a period piece, Richard Gere.

Also in 1990 she was again in Air America with Downey and Mel Gibson. And she also appeared in Three men and a little lady.

In 1992, she starred in Passed Away as Cassie Slocombe.

She reprized another meaty role as Joan Barry with Downey in the classic 1992 film Chaplin, which earned Oscar attention.

In 1993, she played Rita Baker in The Vanishing starring Jeff Bridges and Kiefer Sutherland.

And in 1993, she was the star of So I Married an Ax Murderer with Mike Myers.

In 2002, Travis had the lead role of psychology professor Dr. Joyce Reardon in a four-hour television adaptation of Stephen King’s Rose Red.

She then returned to films: she starred in the 2005 film The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants with Blake.

Last Man Standing was canceled in 2017, after six seasons and 130 episodes, but was revived by Fox in the fall of 2018.

From 2017 to 2018, Travis played Brendan Gleeson’s ex-wife in the crime thriller series Mr. Mercedes.

In 2018, Travis starred opposite Michael Douglas and Alan Arkin in the series The Kominsky Method.

Now she is in Ordinary Angels with Swank.

In 1994, Travis married Robert N. Fried, a film studio executive. They have two sons: Benjamin E. and Jeremy.
