The Basic Instinct star appeared at the Olympics after a photo went viral on Wednesday showing the actress with a large black eye.

Many fans were concerned about the Oscar nominee, so the next day she posted a video explaining how she had suffered a black eye while traveling through Europe and Paris. Sharon has visited Cannes, Rome and Turkey.

“I know y’all are worried about how I got my black eye, so I thought I’d just tell you guys,” she began her video.

“I’ve been to so many hotels and so many countries. I’d wake up in the middle of the night to pee and not know where I was. Then I’d hit my face on the marble,” she explained.

“No, no one has done anything to me and yes, I am doing great and having a great time. I am being very well received on my journey,” the Specialist actress added.

“I’ve had the most fun everywhere I’ve been,” she continued.
