Sharon Osbourne’s drastic diet drug slim-down: The Talk star emerges looking incredibly thin

Sharon Osbourne’s Drastic Diet Weight Loss: The Talk Star Looks Incredibly Skinny After Extreme Weight Loss (But Admits She Regrets Taking Hollywood’s Secret Weight-Loss Shot)

Sharon Osbourne looked incredibly slim as she stepped out in West Hollywood on Tuesday, more than a month after revealing she’d lost 30 pounds with controversial weight-loss shots.

The Talk star, 70, was spotted shopping at a local gallery.

She wrapped her slender figure in a chic white sweater, billowy black pants and sunglasses that concealed her eyes.

Ozzy Osbourne’s wife rocked a fresh lick of lipstick, a flawless coat of red nail polish and a head full of her usual auburn hair.

Sharon revealed last month that she’d lost 30 pounds over the course of her fourth month after using the injections, but admitted to feeling nauseated every day and insisted it wasn’t a “quick fix.”

“It’s a mental problem. It’s really, apart from, you know, when kids grow up in a household where they live off chips and pies,” she told The Talk.

“But I took (the shot.) I took it for four months and I lost 30 pounds, but as with anything, there’s always no quick prescription.

“I was very ill for a few months. For the first few months I just felt sick. Every day I felt nauseous, my stomach was upset, whatever.

“But listen, I took it for four months, I lost 30 pounds.” I just popped two chips in my mouth while we were on break, and I’m eating normally now, and I haven’t put on a pound. Nothing.’

Sharon isn’t the only celebrity associated with the controversial weight-loss pills.

Famous users include Elon Musk, who credited Wegovy for his body transformation on Twitter. Kim Kardashian is also rumored to have used the injections.

Meanwhile, Kyle Richards was recently forced to deny using Ozempic amid photos of her looking very thin.

After showing off her toned physique in a shared bikini photo earlier this year, internet trolls accused the reality star of using Ozempic – a type 2 diabetes treatment used off-label as a weight-loss tool.

In the comments section of a Page Six Instagram post that linked to a story about her ripped figure, Kathy Hilton’s younger sister responded to a user who wrote, “I think it’s a lot of visits to the plastic surgeon.”

“I’ve never tried Ozempic and this isn’t from plastic surgery,” Richards replied.

Wegovy and its sister drug Ozempic, both of which use the active drug semaglutide, work by replicating hormones that tell the brain it’s full.

These hormones are meant to make a person feel full and reduce cravings.

It also slows stomach emptying and increases the amount of insulin secreted by the pancreas.

Ozempic, the first formulation of the drug manufactured by Novo Nordisk, was originally designed to help diabetics manage their condition.

However, those taking the drug also experienced significant weight loss.

This led the Danish company to reformulate the drug into Wegovy, which is approved for weight loss.
