The TV personality, 70, cut a classy figure as she dined early at the very luxurious Connaught hotel in Mayfair, which also featured actor Rami, 41.
She looked like she had new pearly whites as she flashed a huge smile as she was pictured leaving the lavish venue.
Her teeth looked slightly larger than usual as she smiled, looking effortlessly chic in black pants and a white top.
Sharon added some color to her outfit with a light pink jacket and kept her essentials in a gray handbag slung over one shoulder.

He looked good in black slacks and a white collared shirt, which he completed with a gray sweater and smart jacket.
Rami kept himself comfortable in a pair of white sneakers and shielded his eyes with round silver sunglasses.
He kept his essentials in a black backpack slung over one shoulder and wore his curly locks back in a sleek style.
Sharon’s latest outing comes one day after she showed off her seemingly new pearly whites as she left her hotel.
In 2019, Sharon poked fun at Simon Cowell’s teeth after showing off his own transformation.

She told The Sun: ‘The teeth are too white again, he always gets those teeth that are too white and it takes about a year for the color to settle down.
“Much healthier for him, not that he was big, but he’s just got rid of that belly and chest.”
Her latest outing comes after Sharon spoke out about the dangers of using controversial weight-loss pills after taking them herself.
The plastic surgery fan said she lost more than two pounds of weight in a four-month period using the jabs, but felt nauseated every day and warned it’s not a “quick fix.”
During a discussion about the controversial injections on The Talk, Sharon shared her first-hand experience with the drugs, after it was announced that WeGovy’s UK launch had been paused.
Fellow panelist Daisy McAndrew said losing weight isn’t as simple as getting more exercise and changing your diet, saying, “It doesn’t work that way for a lot of people’s metabolisms.”

Sharon replied, “It doesn’t. It’s a mental problem. It really is, apart from, you know, when kids grow up in a household where they live off chips and pie.
‘But I took it. I took it for four months and I lost 30 pounds, but as with anything, there’s always no quick fix.
“I was very ill for a few months. For the first few months I just felt sick. Every day I felt nauseous, my stomach was upset, whatever.
“But listen, I took it for four months, I lost 30 pounds.” I just popped two chips in my mouth while we were on break, and I’m eating normally now, and I haven’t put on a pound. Nothing.’
