The television personality, 70, left after revealing she doesn’t eat at least three days a week.
It comes after Sharon revealed in June that she had lost more than two stone after taking controversial weight loss jab Ozempic.
Sharon wore an oversized black blazer that fell over her slim body as she left her five-star hotel.
She paired the look with a tight white T-shirt, gold heels and a matching metal clutch.

She has since stopped taking the drug, telling Piers: ‘It’s just time to stop, I didn’t really want to get so thin, but it just happened. I’ll probably wear it all again soon!’
Speaking earlier E! NewsSharon explained, “I was the heaviest in my life, 230 pounds and I’m now under a hundred. And I want to stay around 105 because I’m too skinny. But I try to find a healthy balance.’
During a discussion about the controversial injections on The Talk in June, Sharon shared her first-hand experience with the drugs.
‘It’s a mental problem. It really is, unless kids grow up in a household where they live on chips and pies,” she said.
‘But I took (the injection). I used it for four months and lost 30 kilos, but as with everything, there is always no quick recipe.’
She continued, “I was very ill for a few months. The first few months I just felt nauseous. Every day I felt nauseous, my stomach was upset, whatever.
“But listen, I did it for four months, I lost 30 pounds. I just popped two chips in my mouth during break, and I’m eating normally now, and I haven’t gained a pound. Nothing.’

Elsewhere, Sharon spoke about undergoing her latest cosmetic surgery after a previous facelift left her looking like ‘Quasimodo’.
