Sharon Osbourne, 71, enjoys a rare outing with daughter Aimee, 40, as they grab dinner at E. Baldi in Beverly Hills

Sharon Osbourne was spotted having dinner with her daughter Aimee Osbourne at E. Baldi in Beverly Hills on Saturday.

The 71-year-old TV personality – whose daughter Kelly recently revealed she was once called “too fat” for television by a film executive – wore a black button-up clinging to her body and baggy trousers.

She wore a beige cap and adorned a dainty liver necklace as she looked lost in the distance.

Her signature red locks were tucked behind her ears as she rocked a light makeup look that showed off her thin face and full pout.

The starlet carried a white designer bag full of her personal items as she chatted with her daughter as she left the restaurant.

Aimme cut a stylish figure in a trendy white shirt and loose jeans that made her shine under the night lights.

The 40-year-old carried an oversized black designer bag and rocked a pair of maroon flats with a black tip. Her raven locks looked voluminous as they fell over her shoulders during the outing.

The British native showed off her slim figure and sharp jawline as she turned to the side and chatted with her mother.

The mother-daughter dinner comes just days after Sharon responded to The Talk’s cancellation after the 15-season series, which she previously co-hosted.

In late April, it was announced that the show would be canceled after months of rumors and low ratings.

“The Talk broke new ground when it launched 14 years ago by returning the daytime talk show to CBS with a refreshing and award-winning format,” CBS Entertainment President Amy Reisenbach and CBS Studios representative David Stapf said in a joint statement.

“Over the years, it has been a staple program in CBS’ top-rated lineup as it brings timely, important and entertaining topics and discussions to living rooms around the world.”

The duo continued, “It goes without saying that hosting and producing a year-round talk show is no easy task, and we extend our sincere thanks to our wonderful hosts Akbar Gbajabiamila, Amanda Kloots, Natalie Morales, Jerry O’Connell and Sheryl Underwood.

“We would also like to thank our former presenters and colleagues who have contributed throughout the seasons. We greatly appreciate the skill, creativity and dedication that everyone involved brought to the show every day,” Reisenbach and Stapf concluded.

The final season will end in December 2024 with a ‘good farewell’.

Sharon – who was fired from the CBS daytime series in 2021 amid racism allegations – said the series’ cancellation “took longer than I thought” while on her podcast Osbourne’s response.

“It lasted a lot longer than I thought, even though they lost money on it because they lost advertising because they lost viewers… they kept it going.”

‘The only good thing is that they have informed them well so that they have time to find something. It wasn’t like, “Oh, well, you’re not coming back after the summer,” she added.
