Sharna Burgess says she has ‘super dark’ intrusive thoughts about her 5-month-old son Zane

Sharna Burgess shared a candid part of her experience as a mother, five months after welcoming her son Zane.

The Dancing With The Stars pro, 37, who shares her baby with actor Brian Austin Green, 49, revealed she has experienced “super dark” intrusive thoughts.

Sharna took to Instagram with a video of her holding Zane and wrote: ‘Intrusive thoughts from mom… This is real stuff. Honestly, at first I thought something was wrong with my brain. These super dark thoughts of all the things that could go wrong.

“I guess it makes sense too, we have this huge responsibility suddenly upon us when we come out of that hospital… in diapers… sleepless, emotionally charged but also exhausted, trying to rebuild ourselves and let’s not forget… in pain.” .’

Green and Burgess, who competed together on Dancing with The Stars last year, revealed that they were expecting their first child together last February.

The couple celebrated the news by enjoying a ‘baby moon’ together in Hawaii, where Burgess revealed her baby bump for the first time, before welcoming baby boy Zane in June.

The duo marked their second anniversary in October, with Brian sharing a series of candid family snaps on his Instagram.

Green was previously married to Megan Fox for over nine years before they revealed their split in May 2020.
