A beautiful inner-west Sydney cottage owned by Shark Tank Australia judge and ShowPo owner Jane Lu has hit the market with a list price of $3.2 million.
Located in the sought-after seaside district of Balmain, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home will go under the hammer on September 23.
Jane, 36, bought the two-storey property in 2013 for $1.8 million.
Located on a side street two blocks from Balmain’s busy main road, the converted detached house is just 10 minutes from the CBD.

Jane rose to fame after starting Showpo from her parents’ home in Balmain in 2010.
The company has since grown into an international fashion empire.
The only child of Chinese cleaners Queenie and Frank Lu, Jane started her professional life training as an accountant.

When a friend suggested she start a business selling clothes from a pop-up stall in 2010, she quit her job, maxed out her credit card stash and stashed it in the garage of her parents’ Balmain home.
Her fashion company now makes an annual profit of more than $30 million.

The reality TV show, in which entrepreneurs from across the country pitch their inventions to a panel of investors, like Jane.
