Shannon Beador looks downcast in Newport Beach amid outpatient rehab… as her DUI BAC was revealed to be THREE times the legal limit

Shannon Beador looked somber as she stepped out in Newport Beach on Friday amid her recovery from alcoholism and the news that her blood alcohol concentration was three times the legal limit on the night of her arrest in September 2023.

The 59-year-old Bravo TV personality — who focuses on getting healthy — was dressed in a black sweatshirt and black leggings during the solo outing.

On Friday, TMZ reported that the Real Housewives of Orange County star has been officially charged with one count of driving under the influence and one count of hit and run. Law enforcement sources told the site that her BAC was 0.24% when she crashed into the side of a house.

Beador’s blonde locks fell across her chest and she placed a pair of large black sunglasses on her head. She carried a bottle of Essentia water as she walked down a path in black sneakers with white soles.

Still with her arm in a cast, at one point she sat down holding her phone to her ear while chatting with someone.

Days ago, Beador broke her silence a month to the day after she was arrested for drunken driving.

She walked her dog Archie down a residential street in a video she posted to Instagram, recording herself delivering a short message to her 1.3 million followers.

“I know it’s been a while since I posted anything, and there’s been a lot of talk about everything that’s been happening lately,” she said of the September 17 incident.

She continued: “Unfortunately, I am not in a position to comment at this time; but there will come a time when I can – and I intend to be open, honest and authentic.”

Beador added that “right now I’m focusing on getting healthy, getting back to myself and walking Archie.”

The mother of one is in the early stages of recovery amid the fallout from her accident, in which authorities said she crashed into a house, parked in the middle of a street and then pretended to walk her dog.

That’s what insiders who spoke say TMZshe is enrolled in an ‘outpatient behavioral wellness program with an alcohol component.’

Beador is trying to “make things right” by compensating the property owner for the damage caused, the source said, and has said she will pay for any necessary repairs to the home.

The trio recently added a second date to their tour stop in Phoenix after the first sold out. Beador will refrain from “drinking on stage” during the shows, including a pre-show cocktail party, the insider said.

The next Tres Amigas show is scheduled for November 16 at the comedy venue Stand Up Live! Phoenix, where visitors must purchase at least two drinks in the showroom.

While the situation remains “very new to her,” the source told the newspaper that Beador is focused on receiving professional help following the incident.
