Shannen Doherty pictured cheerfully at LAX amid her stage 4 cancer diagnosis – after receiving an emotional standing ovation from fans at the con
Shannen Doherty seemed in good spirits when she was spotted arriving at LAX after attending the ’90s con in Tampa, Florida.
The 52-year-old Beverly Hills 90210 alum smiled and looked happy as she wheeled her luggage through the busy terminal.
She looked super comfortable in black sweatpants, an army green hoodie, a brown and beige trucker cap and white sneakers.
The Charmed alum recently revealed that her breast cancer had spread to her brain.
She offered fans an update during the 90s con on Sunday, saying, “I have a fight for my life that I deal with every day. I think I’m really great.’

Shannon reunited with Tori Spelling, Gabrielle Carteris, Jennie Garth, Jason Priestly, Ian Ziering and Brian Austin Green at the 90s con.
The cast of 90210 came together for a panel presented by People Senior Editor Breanne L. Helman to discuss the show and answer questions from the audience.
At the end of the panel, Doherty received a standing ovation from the audience, which left her in tears and emotional.
‘Thank you so much. You guys know how much I love to cry all the time. And so I do, it seems. So thank you,” she said.
And even though she’s, as she said, “in a fight for my life,” she’s still staying active and launching a new podcast.
“It’s going to be called Let’s Be Clear, and it’s a live interactive memoir,” Doherty told the audience on Sunday. “So you’re going to hear everything I refused to say before. I’ll spill the tea, but neatly!’
She has a good reason to stay positive and keep working.
“Our lives don’t end when we get that diagnosis,” she said Good morning America in February 2020 when her cancer returned. “We still have some work to do.”

Doherty, who split from her third husband, Kurt Iswarienko, in April after 11 years of marriage, also made a joke at her own expense during the panel.
Kurt was by her side even before her first cancer diagnosis and was regularly seen in the photos she shared on social media as she gave updates on her health.
“My other job is getting engaged, married and divorced, and I do that very well,” she said, laughing.
Shannen has been through a lot in recent years. She was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015. In 2018, she lost her home in the devastating Woosley fire that ripped through Malibu.
