In a recent lawsuit, Doherty criticized her ex Kurt’s spending habits in a request for spousal support.
According to her, she filed paperwork in Los Angeles on Friday, June 14 Our magazine.
In the documents, the actress requested $15,343 in monthly support “retroactive to June 1, 2024.”
She also asked Kurt to contribute $9,100 towards her legal costs.
The longtime entertainer stated, “As a result of my recurring health issues, I have been largely unable to work and have no future employment prospects. Nowadays, virtually all the income I earn comes from work I did before marriage.”
She continued in the filing, “Most of my remaining income comes from a television show called Charmed.
“I recently learned that Charmed will no longer stream on any major streaming platform after June 30, 2024. As a result, my future residual income will drop dramatically.”
It was also noted that the television star has not worked since 2022.

She believes her ex is deliberately delaying the legal process to avoid paying her.
“It is simply not right that Kurt is allowed to prolong our divorce in the hope that I die before he has to pay me, while he continues to live his life and shirk his responsibilities to his dying wife of more than 11 years,” she stated. in submitted paperwork.
Iswarienko’s attorney Katherine Heersema fired back, stating that Shannen was offered a plea deal in October 2023, but denied it.
‘Kurt is not ‘just waiting'[ing] for Shannen to die. “He wants the best for Shannen and he wants them both to be able to put this thing behind them and move on,” she said.
In response, Doherty said she denied the proposed settlements because they “centered around the issues of his original works created during the marriage” and “his earning capacity.”
