The Melbourne native lives in Los Angeles with her boyfriend Matthew and their five-month-old son Zai.
A few days after her birth last September, the model shared a photo of her first child on Instagram.
The brunette beauty donned a sleek black miniskirt that showed off her long, toned legs.
In the caption of the photo, he wrote: “Welcome to the world baby Zai Adesuyan.”
She added: ‘Matthew and I are so in love! I have taken this time to adjust to my baby’s schedule and understand the role of being a mother. Bringing life into this world is a beautiful challenge.’
The model brought her mother, Kim Shaik, to Los Angeles for Zai’s birth and said that she is her biggest inspiration on how to be a good mother.
Last Mother’s Day while she was pregnant, Shanina posted a sweet message online for her unborn baby.
‘Thank you for choosing me to be your mom,’ it said.
