The 32-year-old model, who shares her son with boyfriend Matthew Adesuyan, pushed her baby in a $550 Doona+ stroller as she left Blue Bottle Coffee with a tray of drinks in hand.
Even with her hands full, Shanina looked like a model with her sleek tanned look.
The new mom wore a camel polo shirt, cargo pants, and a chic center-parted bow.

Shanina has been flooding her Instagram account with sweet snaps of her bundle of joy ever since she gave birth to him last year.
Last week, she marked her six-month-old birthday with a slew of precious baby photos.
‘I can’t believe my little boy is 6 months old today! I’m so excited, knowing my little man is halfway to 1 year old (can you imagine what I’ll be like when that day comes?) I’ve been reminded that, “it goes by so fast! So cherish every moment.” Go by fast, I’ll cherish all these baby moments,” she captioned the post.
Shanina announced Zai’s arrival in September, introducing her followers to her son with a cute photo of the baby and a heartwarming message.
‘Welcome to the world baby Zai Adesuyan Matthew @bausmatthew and I are so in love! I have taken this time to adjust to my baby’s schedule and understand the role of being a mother. Bringing life into this world is a beautiful challenge. I’ll be happy to share my experience soon…’ she gushed.

Shanina announced she was expecting her first child with her advertising agent partner on Mother’s Day.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, she wrote: ‘To the new love of my life. Thank you for choosing me to be your mom.
‘I’ve always wanted you for as long as I can remember, and sometimes my patience was tested.’
She continued, “The timing had to be right, and I can confidently say that I am ready to be your guide, your protector, and your best friend.”
Shanina has had a strong relationship with Zai’s father, Matthew, for the past two years.
The couple went public with their relationship on Valentine’s Day 2021 and looked as much in love as ever at the glitzy Oscar party hosted by Jay-Z.
Shanina was previously married to DJ Ruckus, whose real name is Gregory Andrews, from 2018 to 2019.
