Shakira visits a school for underprivileged kids with sons Milan, nine, and Sasha, seven, in her native Colombia – after taking ANOTHER swipe at ex Gerard Pique

Shakira returned to her hometown of Barranquilla, Colombia on Saturday to visit a school for underprivileged children.

The singer, 45, was joined by sons Milan, nine, and Sasha, seven, as she waved to the huge crowd of waiting fans.

Shakira, who shares her children with ex Gerard Pique, cuts a trendy figure in a tight green cardigan and wide cargo pants.

She completed the look with a pair of stylish sunglasses and added some extra height with white platform shoes.

It comes after Shakira appeared to once again use her music to take a swipe at her ex, 36, as she revealed the title of her latest single.

She previously released a ‘diss track’ about her former footballer flame and his new girlfriend Clara Chia Marti.

And now she’s sent out a powerful new message with the name of her latest song, which she says she’s called The Boss The sun.

This refers to the alleged nickname Gerard’s friends called her after they claimed she wouldn’t hang out with them during their relationship.

The footballer’s friends chose the name ‘La Patron’, which means ‘the boss’, to refer to her ‘bad character’.

She performed her previous ‘diss track’ earlier on Tuesday during the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards.

The song, released in January, was called Shakira Bzrp Music Sessions 53 and contains several comments about Gerard, including the line: ‘A lot of gyms. But also work on your brain a bit.’

Shakira also sings, “I’m worth two 22s. You traded a Ferrari for a Twingo. You traded in a Rolex for a Casio.”

Another part of the song says, “From love to hate there’s only one step” before Shakira adds, “No hard feelings baby, I wish you the best with my supposed replacement.”

She makes another apparent allusion to Clara, 23, writing: ‘She has the name of a good person. That’s clearly not what it sounds like.’

“Clearly” translates to “Claramente” in Spanish, which clearly refers to her ex’s new girlfriend, as one fan pointed out.

The hitmaker took to the stage at the awards ceremony to perform a medley of her biggest hits, including She Wolf, Objection (Tango), Hips Don’t Lie and When, Wherever.

Shakira closed the sensational performance with Shakira Bzrp Music Sessions 53, diving into the crowd in true rock star fashion, before receiving a standing ovation from the impressed crowd.

And in the audience were her two sons, Milan, nine, and Sasha, seven, who she shares with ex Gerard.

The boys were there to cheer her on as she received one of the highest honors of the night: the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, making her the first South American artist to receive this award.

After winning the honor, she took the stage and gave a speech thanking her family and fans.
