Shakira dropped jaws as she graced the cover Allure’s April 2024 issue.

The singer, 47, who recently sparked romance rumors with Emily In Paris star Lucien Laviscount, worked her magic in a sexy bandeau top and short shorts as she forms a storm of pages in the glossy.

Her blonde hair falls down in long, loose waves and she looks at the camera with a smoldering gaze, her look enhanced by a radiant coat of eyeshadow and a glossy pout.

She has thick, see-through bracelets and a fashionable belt.

On the cover she wears a sexy, deep black top with a metallic bust while her hand rests gracefully on her hip.

Shakira also spoke to the outlet about her new album Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran. She said she wanted the “music to build bridges, to empower people, to help women discover their own strengths.”

The album was released following her divorce from long-term partner Gerard Piqué.

“I was in the mud,” she said, referring to their divorce. ‘I had to reconstruct myself, put all the pieces that had fallen apart back together.’

About her latest album, she said, “Making this music has shown me that my pain can be turned into creativity. The songs are full of anecdotes and some very intense emotions that I have experienced during these two years.

‘But making this album has been a transformation in which I have been reborn as a woman. I have rebuilt myself in the way I believe is appropriate.

“No one tells me how to cry or when to cry, no one tells me how to raise my children, no one tells me how to become a better version of myself. That’s up to me.’

“The centaurs are in ecstasy,” she explained. ‘Because on this planet men like to be dominated by women.’

She also opened up about watching the smash hit Barbie movie and told the publication that her sons didn’t like the movie.

‘My sons really hated it. They found it discouraging. And I agree, to some extent. I am raising two boys. I want them to also feel powerful (while) respecting women. “I love pop culture when it tries to empower women without robbing men of their ability to be men, to also protect and provide,” she said.

‘I believe in giving women all the tools and the confidence that we can do it all without losing our essence, without losing our femininity. I think men have a purpose in society and women also have a different purpose. We complement each other, and that complement should not be lost,” she added.

It comes after Shakira recently spoke about ‘rebuilding’ her life following her split from her ex of 11 years.

She previously said she feels her career is experiencing a renaissance following her high-profile split from the footballer in 2022.

Her long-awaited twelfth studio album Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran was released on March 22.

Speak with The Sunday Times newspaper, Shakira described the project as “the transformation of pain into creativity, frustration into productivity, anger into passion, vulnerability into resilience.”

“There were so many pieces of my life crumbling before my eyes and I had to rebuild myself in a way, by picking the bones off the floor and putting them all together. And the glue that held it all together was music.”

Shakira added, “It’s very feminine and beautiful, with a very interesting story that is analogous to women’s empowerment.”

Speaking to The Sunday Times, Shakira explained how she balanced her personal life with her professional life.

“I put my career on hold for a long time, to be next to Gerard so he could play football,” Shakira said. ‘Many sacrifices have been made for love.’

Shakira and Piqué met in 2010 on the set of the singer’s music video Waka Waka (This Time for Africa).

They made their relationship public in May 2011, welcomed sons Milan in 2013 and Sasha in 2015.
