A sex worker arrested for exposing black leather lingerie has admitted she was driving under the influence when a cyclist collided with her car.
Cindy Pham, 27, was driving along South Dowling Street near Moore Park, Sydney, to a client when a 29-year-old cyclist crashed into her car at about 3.30am on February 4.
While Pham was cleared of responsibility for the crash, a breath test administered by police at the scene returned a positive result.
She appeared at Downing Center Local Court on Thursday where she pleaded guilty to one charge of mid-level drink driving.

Following her arrest, Pham was taken to Surry Hills Police Station where a second breath test reportedly returned a positive reading of 0.095, almost twice the legal limit.
The Liverpool sex worker was later taken to St Vincent’s Hospital where she underwent mandatory blood and urine tests.
She told police she was traveling among clients at the time of the accident.
A taxi driver who was passing by at the time of the incident captured the accident on dashcam footage that showed the cyclist driving into the path of Pham’s Suzuki sedan.
The footage, which was provided to investigators, also showed the sedan running over the man immediately after he fell from the seat.
Emergency services rushed to the scene and found the male cyclist with life-threatening injuries and tire marks on his chest.
Paramedics treated the man at the scene for an hour before transporting him to St Vincent’s Hospital, where he remains in a ‘serious but stable condition’ in intensive care.
Pham will be sentenced on April 18 for driving under the influence.
