‘Sex slave’, 33, escapes from ‘dungeon’ where she was held captive for 14 years by ‘maniac who raped her more than a thousand times and dismembered and cooked another victim’ in Russia

A female ‘sex slave’ has reportedly escaped from a Russian ‘dungeon’ where she was held captive for 14 years by a ‘maniac’ who reportedly raped her more than a thousand times and dismembered and cooked a second victim.

The woman, named Ekaterina B, was held at the kidnapper’s home when she was 19 in 2009, she claims.

She told police she was a victim of repeated rapes, local reports say. She is now 33 and her identity has not been disclosed.

Vladimir Cheskidov, 51, is currently under armed guard in a psychiatric hospital and faces a criminal investigation into murder, rape and kidnapping.

Another woman, in her 30s and named Oksana, was allegedly murdered and dismembered by Cheskidov in 2011, Russia’s commission of inquiry said. He is said to have cooked the remains, some of which were found in a cellar.

The man’s mother, Valentina, lived in the same wooden village house in Smolina, Chelyabinsk region, and was reportedly aware of the abduction of his victims.

She was questioned today and taken by detectives to the home she shared with her son.

Ekaterina managed to flee after the man got drunk and his mother called an ambulance for him, police say.

Being incapacitated, he once failed to padlock her in her ‘dungeon’, according to some reports, this was in a basement.

She escaped and found her sister Elena, with whom she had not had contact for 14 years, and then called the police.

The kidnapped woman told her sister Elena that she was under permanent threat.

“He walked with me everywhere with a knife in his hand, he always had a knife in his hand,” she said.

They had met when she was 19 and offered her a drink at a train station, she told her sister.

“Then he invited me home,” she said. “And that’s where it all started.”

Another woman’s body was found in the house, according to local reports, she had been dismembered and boiled

When Vladimir went outside, he tied her up, tied her to a beam and taped her mouth shut with duct tape, it is reported.

He gave her time off to do housework, and she was expected to clean, cook, and care for his mother—as well as provide him with sex.

The room where the woman was held was equipped with several muzzles, according to local reports.

Laptops and discs containing pornographic content were seized from the home. Sex toys used during the alleged torture sessions were also seized by police.

He forced her to drink vodka with him and “severely” beat her.

She came from a “troubled family” and although she had a sister, no other relatives were looking for her.

Ekaterina eventually escaped by convincing the man’s mother that Cheskidov would kill them both.

This caused the mother to call an ambulance when the man got drunk.

A Press Khata report said “bones and a shattered skull with traces of rust” were the only remains of the other woman.

There are also reports on the fate of his father and an earlier wife, according to reports.

His wife was reported to have died after falling from a window, while the father slipped and fell resulting in his death.

Some reports suggested that remains had been buried in the yard of the village hall.

Komsomolskaya Pravda labeled the alleged kidnapper, rapist and murderer as “inhuman”.

He “used to have friends, and then he became a recluse,” the media quoted locals as saying.

His mother, Valentina, once worked at a local psychiatric hospital.

She later sold glasses from her side of the divided house.

Ekaterina was reported missing in 2009, but the police were unable to trace her – or the other kidnapped girl.

According to local reports, it is suspected that a sledgehammer was used to kill the other woman.

Baza media outlet reported: ‘In 2009, at Chelyabinsk railway station, she met a 37-year-old (then) Vladimir (Cheskidov).

It is alleged that Ekaterina B was kept in the basement with a padlocked door

“According to preliminary data, Ekaterina has lived in this room for all these 14 years.

“According to the woman, Vladimir periodically raped her under threat of murder.”

A criminal case for kidnapping has been opened against the man in the first instance.

According to reports, the house was divided inside and the mother lived separately from her son and his kidnapped wife.

The Russian Commission of Inquiry said in a statement: “During the investigation of the criminal case, the involvement of the suspect (Vladimir Cheskidov) in the murder of a local resident in 2011 was established.

“On this basis, the investigative authorities of the Russian Commission of Inquiry for the Chelyabinsk Region have initiated a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation (murder).

“After committing the murder, the suspect dismembered the woman’s body and buried the remains in the basement of the house.

“Currently, the man is under the supervision of law enforcement in a medical facility.

“Detectives and forensic investigators from the Russian Commission of Inquiry are at work on site.”

A kidnapping case was opened earlier and he is also suspected of raping her during the 14 years of her imprisonment.
