A large driveway leads to the entrance of the property, where there is a fountain with water feature and some perennial planting
The extensive kitchen has four ovens, a cooking island with plenty of storage space and a separate dining table
The broker declined to reveal the exact location of the property, saying it was confidential to all but serious tenants.
It did, however, say it was in a ‘beautiful semi-rural location on the edge of a popular village just north of Sevenoaks, yet within the M25’.
It went on to call the property a “stunning example of a recently built, contemporary country home.”

‘Such as a helipad, an all-weather sports field, a guest house, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and much more.’
