The 45-year-old real estate broker, who was recently seen cuddling with a statuesque beauty while enjoying a night out in West Hollywood, wore his impeccable designer Balenciaga T-shirts in hand as his stunning companion walked nearby.
Brett, who stars in the hit Netflix series Selling Sunset alongside his twin brother Jason, 45, looked effortlessly cool in a white T-shirt and khaki pants.

Her chocolate-colored locks were parted in the middle and styled straight for the day, and she had a white bag slung over her arm.

The week before, Brett was spotted with a mystery woman on his arm after enjoying a night out together at the Fleur Room Lounge in West Hollywood.

The real estate broker has had some PR in recent years, but has previously shown that he is a friendly ex.

And in August, Brett and his ex-girlfriend Tina put on a friendly display when they stepped out in Los Angeles, with their new love interests.
