Selling Sunset’s Breana Tiesi insists her relationship with Nick Cannon is the ‘healthiest she’s ever had’ as she weighs in on their open relationship after he had 12 kids with six women

Breana Tiesi revealed that her relationship with Nick Cannon is one of the “healthiest she’s ever been in,” while considering their unconventional family setup.

The Selling Sunset star, 33, who shares son Legendary Love with the comedian, 44, appeared on Sophie Habboo’s series Wednesday podcast to discuss her open relationship with Nick, who had a total of twelve children with six separate women.

At the beginning of the interview, Sophie told Breana, “You’ve been very vocal about your family setup and it’s quite unconventional, but it’s obviously amazing and it’s working really well for you and your family.”

Breana then chose this moment to clarify that she and Nick are not co-parenting their child and have a strong relationship.

She said: ‘I want to be very clear: we are not co-parenting, we are together a lot and that’s why people are confused.’

She added: ‘Basically he has other partners and we’re just open and happy and that’s our thing.’

Sophie then asked the star what she would call her relationship, to which Breana laughed and said: ‘People call it all kinds of s**t, I just call it I do what I want to do.’

Clarifying it even further, Breana added, “I’m not a jealous person, I don’t care, I don’t want a conventional relationship, I don’t want a fully live-in person that I’m responsible for, I’m responsible for my child .’

“I feel like this is probably, and this is so crazy, the healthiest relationship I’ve ever had.”

“We never fight, we never have any toxicity, we don’t argue, like nothing. And he’s the best dad and he’s so present. I’ve never asked this man for anything and he won’t do it.’

Sophie then asked Breana if she and Nick live together, to which she confirmed that they do not live together.

She said, “No, I mean we both work and travel a lot, but we spend several nights together.”

“We have set nights, we go to our yoga all the time, and we have the nights we put my son to bed, we have a full schedule.”

Breana also talked about how great her son’s relationship with his dad is, as Sophie said, “And your son has a great dad.”

In addition to Breana, Nick has children with pop superstar Mariah Carey, DJ Abby De La Rosa and four models: Alyssa Scott, Brittany Bell and Lanisha Cole.

Last year, Nick spoke about his modern family and revealed he’s open to adding more kids to his squad while appearing on a podcast.

The Wild ‘N Out host spoke with Dr. Laura Berman on her podcast The Language of Love, where he discussed how having children – with six different women – was a calling from God.

After Berman stated that several women were “completely on birth control and got pregnant” and joked that he had “magic sperm,” Nick responded, “I lend that stuff to God.” Those are miracles.’

Nick also joked about his story being similar to Abraham’s in the Bible, with Nick adding, “I’ve never heard that clarity, but I’ve heard, ‘Yo, you’re going to be a father of many.’ great influence, your lineage, your descendants are going to do great things.”

The entertainer also revealed that he isn’t opposed to having more children, telling Berman, “The more the merrier!”

At one point Berman asked, “Did God tell you to have all these babies?”

Nick said he’s gotten in trouble for saying that before and shared that when people ask him if he’s done having kids, his response is, “Only God can let me know when I’m done.”

“As much as I was open to every child I had, I can’t say most of it was planned,” he continued.

“If you had told me in 2012, when I was still married and newly diagnosed with lupus, that in ten years I would have twelve children, I would be out of here!”

He added, “There’s no way I would ever plan that.”
