A podcaster has come under fire online after he claimed that every man in his twenties should own a Lamborghini because $200,000 is nothing more than “dumb change.”

Sebastian Ghiorghiu, 24, of Detroit, claims to have earned $8 million in just six years through various sources of income, including starting a Google ad agency, remodeling homes, and making YouTube videos.

Apart from this, the entrepreneur, who has 825,000 subscribers, has also made money through his dropshipping companies. Dropshippers act as “middlemen” between a business and a customer by accepting orders without keeping stock or handling the product.

This week, a clip from a recent podcast episode Sebastian filmed caused a stir on Twitter after he insisted that all young men should be able to afford a sports car.

In the viral clip, which has amassed more than 2.4 million views, Sebastian said: “If you’re a man in your twenties and you don’t have a Lamborghini, you should sit down and have a serious discussion with yourself about why you don’t have one. Lambo.

‘Because now I realize that it’s incredibly easy and there’s a lot of money out there.

‘$200,000, relative to what’s in circulation and what you can get, especially now with AI tools that you can leverage like never before, $200,000 is loose change.’

Sharing the clip online, disgruntled Twitter user Joshua Hill wrote: “I think we need to stop podcasting until we figure out what’s going on.”

Twitter users were outraged by Sebastian’s comments, with hundreds responding to mock the podcast episode.

Needless to say, the images also inappropriately teased other users, prompting hundreds to mock the businessman in responses.

Last year Sebastian, whose parents immigrated to the US from Romania in the late 1980s, uploaded a video to his YouTube channel where he delves into his career thus far.

The 24-year-old said he always dreamed of being rich and started working for $8.25 an hour at Taco Bell and KFC while still in high school.

After working at a car wash, Sebastian bought an Infiniti G35 car that inspired his first business venture.

He claimed: ‘I started flipping cars. I had nine cars when I was 19 years old.’

After originally aspiring to become a neurosurgeon, Sebastian recalled how he dropped out of college to become a real estate agent after discovering advice from fellow YouTuber Graham Stephan.

Sebastian explained: ‘He sells houses, saves money, buys rental properties, rents them out and collects passive income. I thought, “Yo, I want to do that! Actually, I don’t want to work, I want to be free to do whatever he wants and be rich.”

At the age of 19, Sebastian claims that he had a net worth of $70-80,000 thanks to his work in real estate, YouTube channel, and dropshipping companies.

He added: “So naturally what a 19-year-old is going to do when you give him money is he’s going to buy a [Nissan] GTR. It was my dream car and it was like my first trophy, my first staple of success in my life.’
