The 30-year-old singer and actress posed under a street sign that read “Waverly Pl,” referring to her Disney show Wizards of Waverly Place, which aired from 2007 to 2012.

“Where it all started,” she captioned the photo. Located in Greenwich Village, Manhattan, Waverly Place served as the inspiration for the location of the teen fantasy sitcom.

Gomez recently recalled the insecurity she felt after being diagnosed with bipolar disorder in a teaser clip for her Apple TV+ documentary My Mind & Me, which was released by Vanity Fair Wednesday.

“When I was first released, I didn’t know how I was going to handle my diagnosis,” the Disney Channel alum stated.

She continued: ‘What if it happened again? What if I didn’t come back next time?’
