Selena Gomez is the epitome of classic glamour in busty navy blue dress as she grabs dinner during the 77th Annual Cannes Film Festival

Selena Gomez put on a stylish display in a stunning ensemble at the 77th annual Cannes Film Festival on Friday.

The Only Murders In The Building actress, 31 – who recently looked effortlessly chic while shopping in the French city amid the festivities – was spotted leaving the Marriott hotel to head to her next destination.

The Rare Beauty founder wore a figure-hugging, strapless navy blue dress that hugged her figure and featured a plunging neckline at the front.

A stylish black trim was seen at the top, while the hem of the outfit stopped just inches above her ankles.

Gomez also donned a pair of black closed-toe heels to match the color scheme of the look.

Her dark locks were parted in the middle and flowed effortlessly down her shoulders in elegant curls.

Selena easily carried a small black bag in her hand to store a few items she would need during the outing.

She accessorized her dress with an assortment of chunky silver rings on each of her hands and a pair of sparkling silver earrings.

The star’s makeup was glamorous and consisted of a coat of mascara on her lashes and a light shadow around her eyes.

A warm blush was applied to her cheekbones for a radiant glow, while a bold red shade was worn on her lips for a finishing touch.

While I was having a conversation recently Refinery29 Last April, Gomez opened up about how her relationship with makeup has evolved over the years.

‘It’s gotten a lot healthier as I’ve gotten older. I used to want to wear makeup to look older or more like other people,” she explained to the outlet.

‘Now I have a lot of fun with make-up: I do my friends’ make-up or my own. I want to accentuate the characteristics that make me unique, rather than obscure them.’

The former Disney Channel actress was spotted with a cheerful smile as she left the Marriott hotel in Cannes.

Shortly before heading out, the beauty was also spotted descending a spiral staircase in the building.

Earlier on Friday, the star embraced her chic sense of style in a $495 white peplum-style knit dress from Self-Portrait.

Gomez also wore a pair of white and black colored pumps and carried a stylish handbag as she enjoyed a bit of shopping in the city.

Her hair was pulled back into a sleek bun so that no loose strands fell on her face.

She added a pair of statement gold earrings and wore white-rimmed sunglasses to protect her eyes from the bright sun.

Ahead of her performance at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival – which ends on May 25 – Selena hopped to Instagram to upload an adorable black-and-white photo of herself with boyfriend Benny Blanco.

In the image, the actress had a big smile on her face as the record producer wrapped his arms around the star and planted a soft kiss on her forehead.

The photo came just one day after Blanco appeared The Howard Stern Show and opened up about his relationship with Gomez.

At one point, Stern said he predicted marriage in their future and Benny responded with, “You and me both…I need to get my act together!”

Howard also asked, “When are you going to propose?” You must make the announcement now. When are you going to propose to your very famous girlfriend Selena?’

And Blanco replied: ‘When I look at her… I always think: I don’t know a world where it could be better than this.’

He went on to say, “People always said this to me: When you know you meet your best friend, she really is my best friend,” adding that Selena is “the coolest, kindest, sweetest…”.

‘We laugh all day, she inspires me. When I get home from work, I think I had a good day,” Benny told Stern.

“I say, ‘What have you done?’ “Oh, I just filmed this thing with Meryl Streep and then I went to a fundraiser and now I’m recording.” My day sounds bad every day compared to hers,” he added jokingly.

Elsewhere during the interview, the songwriter spoke about wanting a family in the future. “That’s kind of my next goal on the box. I have a lot of God children, I have a lot of nephews. It’s my thing, I love being with kids!’

He also reflected on the couple’s first date, saying, “It was so crazy.” When we first went out, I didn’t even know it was a date.’

‘I remember sitting there and she said, “Well, I would have worn something different for this date,” and I was like, “What?! We’re on a date?!”‘

In addition to her visit to Cannes, Selena has been busy and is preparing for the release of the fourth season of her hit Hulu series, Only Murders In The Building, which premieres on August 27.

She’s also starring in the revival of Wizards Of Waverly Place, and the official title was revealed as Wizards Beyond Waverly Place at the Disney Upfronts event in New York earlier this week.
