Selena Gomez fans are claiming there’s a social media feud between the former Disney star and model Hailey Bieber, despite both sides insisting otherwise.
Bieber has been the target of ruthless trolling by obsessive Gomez fans, who refer to themselves as ‘Selenators’, after apparently mocking the singer-actress in a recent TikTok video.
Along with close friends Kendall Jenner and Justine Skye, the model was accused of referencing a series of unflattering paparazzi photos showing Gomez in a bikini, taken during a January beach getaway in Mexico.
Lip-syncing through a short video, the friends proclaim, ‘I’m not saying he deserves it, but God’s timing is always right!’
The post was quickly deleted, but the backlash it inevitably elicited led Bieber to publicly insist that his poorly timed video had nothing to do with Gomez.

“I never comment on this kind of thing, but we were having a girls’ night out and we made a random TikTok sound for fun,” she told her disgruntled followers. It is not addressed to anyone.
In an apparent attempt to placate her fans, Gomez also dropped two cents on the mix by responding to Bieber’s claim, adding, “Okay! I don’t let these things get me down! Be nice to everyone!’
The worst was yet to come, however, when fans accused Kylie Jenner of mocking another Gomez post, in which the star admitted she accidentally “foiled” her brows too much.
On Instagram, Jenner struck a similar pose with the same raised eyebrows and the accompanying caption: ‘Was this an accident????’
Interestingly, the TV personality seemed to add even more fuel to the fire by sharing a recent FaceTime call with Bieber, during which they both focused on his eyebrows.
The uproar reportedly resulted in Jenner losing half a million followers on social media, while Bieber’s following dropped by nearly a million in total.

Online blogger Deuxmoi is now claiming that the alleged feud stems from Justin Bieber embarking on a relationship with his now-wife just weeks after leaving Gomez.
The former Disney star is also said to be upset by Justin and manager Scooter Braun’s apparent gloating after the latter bought her best friend Taylor Swift’s catalogue.

Feeding the flames, Selena commented on the video: “Sorry, my best friend is and remains one of the best in the game.”
Bieber’s identical posts, usually shared within days of his own, are another alleged factor in the fallout.
