Seeing Double? Christie Brinkley, 70, shares a car selfie with lookalike daughter Sailor Brinkley-Cook, 25
Christie Brinkley shared a selfie with her lookalike daughter Sailor Brinkley Cook, who turns 26 on July 2.
In the photo, taken from the front seat of their car, the 70-year-old cover girl wears a white cowboy hat and leans slightly toward her daughter.
“Don’t be a lady, be a legend – Dolly Parton,” Christie – who recently opened up about her skin cancer diagnosis – captioned the post.
Both women stare straight into the camera with a smoldering look in their eyes, wear white tops and look like doppelgängers.
Christie shares Sailor and her brother Jack, 29, with her ex-husband Peter Cook.

She also has a daughter, Alexa Ray Joel, 38, with her other ex-husband Billy Joel.
Sailor is the youngest of her three children and the busy mom reflected on her parenting in an interview with Procession in 2018.
“You learn so much from each child, just having the opportunity to see the world through their eyes. I have three real individuals,” she said.
“They all find magic in different places, and I feel so lucky to experience that.”
Sailor followed in Christie’s footsteps and, like her mother, entered the modeling world with Sports Illustrated and Vogue.
The duo, who look alike, have also worked together as models several times.
And her famous mother gave her some important advice when Sailor first started modeling.
“Her biggest piece of advice when it comes to being on set is to be as friendly as possible. I always try to introduce myself to everyone in the room,” Sailor said People last year.
“And I always try to acknowledge everyone in the room. Because I mean, my job is pretty much the easiest,” she said.

Sailor has followed in her mother’s footsteps by modeling runway appearances for Sports Illustrated and Vogue, just like her mother
She continues, “That’s what she taught me: to really take into account my environment while I’m in it, not to be a diva and to have fun with the creative people I work with.”
Sailor and her mother are very close. She even filled in for her as a contestant on Dancing With the Stars in 2019 when Christie broke her arm during rehearsals.
She was terrified, but followed her mother’s advice: “My mother told me to enjoy it and not let fear stop me from doing it.”
Sailor was eliminated during the sixth week of the competition.
