A 50-year-old mother proved age is just a number by knocking out her son’s 19-year-old ex-girlfriend during a bizarre mixed martial arts event in Poland on Saturday.
Many fight fans were shocked to hear that Małgorzata Zwierzyńska, who also goes by the name ‘Gosia Magical’, planned a cage fight against her son’s ex-girlfriend, Nikola Alokin.
Zwierzyńska, who has gained online fame by making videos with her streamer son Daniel, proved she was up to the task and defeated her much younger opponent via TKO thanks to a series of punches.
The fighting novice surprised everyone with her technique and composure against Alokin.
“Thank God slippers weren’t allowed or it would have been a bloodbath,” one fan wrote on X.
Fight fans thought Małgorzata Zwierzyńska would be soundly defeated by her son’s ex-girlfriend Nikola Alokin, but the 50-year-old proved them wrong
“Never argue with a mother after you break her child’s heart,” said another.
“More fun than any Paul fight,” a third replied.
The Polish fight promotion that organized the event, Clout MMA, is known for organizing bizarre fights.
Other MMA promotions from the region have made headlines for all the wrong reasons in recent years.
In 2021, the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation condemned an intergender MMA fight in Poland in which a female fighter was brutally knocked out by her male counterpart.
The MMA VIP event’s referee was forced to stop the fight as the woman landed a series of punches as the crowd cheered.
Viewers described the scenes as ‘horrifying’ and ‘absurd’.
“Media reporting has drawn our attention to an intersex MMA fight that took place in Poland this weekend,” IMMAF CEO Densign White said in a statement.
It’s not the first time a cage fight has made headlines in Poland, as the country is known for hosting bizarre and often unregulated MMA events.
‘While neither the promoter nor the competitors have any association with IMMAF, as the international governing body for amateur mixed martial arts, I feel it is important that I express our position.
“IMMAF categorically disagrees with this deliberately scandalous form of entertainment, which does not represent the sport of MMA or its values and puts women at risk.
“It is unacceptable for women and men to compete against each other in martial arts, mainly for safety reasons but also for fair play, and we do not endorse this in any way.”
