Smith then sent host Eddy Simpson a stunning image of him kicking the ball up with giant teenagers looming over him.
‘Oh Lord. That guy is leaning. Wow bro,’ Simpson said incredulously, referring to the player trying to take down the Roosters star in the picture.
“He’s as low as he can go and he’s about to rip my head off,” Smith laughed.
“You’re a psycho,” Simpson said.
“Well, I had no choice,” Smith replied.

‘For ‘Theft’ [Roosters coach Trent Robinson] It’s just I guess taking what we learned in preseason, we go out there and try to execute so we can bring it into the actual season where all the glitz and glam is done,” Smith said after that test.
“Hopefully we can do that in the next game, I think we were pretty bad tonight.”
“We played all the young lads in the Melbourne team and they really gave it to us, so we have a lot of room for improvement.”
