The Block stars Jess and Ayden Hogan have sold their Queenslander-style home for a whopping $1.9 million after less than a week on the market.

The stars, who walked away with $665,000 after appearing on the show in 2015, had a whopping 28 offers on the house in just five days.

According to Vastgoed.com on Monday, the couple completed the 2020 Maudsland home, built in part from their winnings from the show.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is located in Gene Kelly Court in the northern Gold Coast suburb and is attracting a lot of interest from interstate buyers.

The home’s features include 6ft high ceilings, high-end custom cabinetry, thick marble countertops, and hardwood floors throughout giving it a custom feel.

The house went for $300,000 beyond expectations.

The pair are largely out of the spotlight these days, but were strong contenders on The Block: Triple Threat and Reno Rumble, which they won.

The couple will now make a nationwide change after purchasing a 23.45-acre cattle ranch in Cainbable, near Beaudesert, for $1.05 million in February 2021.

The couple move into the farm with their children: Josie, 14, and Thomas, 11.

“Ayden and I both come from rural backgrounds,” Jess said of the purchase.

“I felt if we waited we would miss the opportunity to raise the kids around cows and horses and country people,” she added.
