Emily Ratajkowski’s estranged husband Sebastian Bear-McClard has been photographed for the first time since multiple women accused him of sexual misconduct.
The 42-year-old Uncut Gems producer stepped out in New York on Sunday, sporting a lavender, plaid-lined jacket over a white T-shirt and gray jeans.
Sebastian paired the outfit with bright red sneakers and shaded his eyes with a pair of sunglasses for the outing.
The producer appeared in a good mood, flashing a smile at one point, and was joined by a female partner, and the two shared a hug.
It comes after Bear-McClard was accused of “grooming” two teenage girls via Instagram before sleeping with them.

Bear-McClard has been accused of sexual misconduct by two women in documents obtained by Variety and ‘problem behaviour’ by a third party.
He allegedly contacted a 17-year-old girl on Instagram in 2016 before meeting her in a Soho loft and promised she could meet ‘Good Time’ star Robert Pattinson on the set of the film. which was being produced by Josh and Benny Safdie.
She claims she was left waiting on set in New York for her scene to be called and was forced to strip in front of nearly a dozen male cast and crew members.
DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for Bear-McClard and Ratajkowski for comment.
The woman, now 24, claims she was also naked in front of the Safdie brothers and was paired with an actor who had recently been released from prison before he was cast in the film.
A spokeswoman for the Safdies told Variety: “Elara’s team learned of Sebastian McClard’s behavior in July 2022. They took immediate action and fired him.”
Pattinson was not on set the day of the problematic ‘Good Time’ scene, which does not appear in the final version of the film.
The producer is currently in the midst of a contentious divorce and custody battle with Emily, 31, who was recently seen kissing Harry Styles.

He is also involved in a private mediation with the Safdie brothers, who fired him from their joint production company, Elara Pictures, last summer.
It’s unclear if the documents obtained by Variety were made available as part of the ongoing divorce proceedings between the estranged couple, or the internal investigation that saw Bear-McClard fired by the production company.
In a statement, which was made in August last year, the woman said: ‘I was completely stunned and terrified. My anguish only got worse when she out of nowhere, [an actor] he whispered in my ear if “could you get it in” as the cameras rolled. I said no”.’
He went on to say that he began sleeping with Bear-McClard despite being 17 years old, and the couple continued in a consensual relationship for more than two years. In New York the age of consent is 17 years.
The woman’s name appears in the film’s credits.
Bear-McClard did not discuss payment with her for the part, but bought her cigarettes afterwards.
A second woman, who was 18 at the time of the incident, also claims she was set up by Bear-McClard, then married.
He reportedly contacted her on Instagram and promised to make her a star, while she was working on Uncut Gems, which starred Adam Sandler.

The second woman claims she was invited into the apartment Bear-McClard shared with actress Ratajkowski, where they slept together.
In a statement, she added: ‘Sebastián and I started kissing. Things escalated and then, without asking for my consent, Sebastian inserted himself inside me without a condom.
She claimed that he also called her a “retard” and “k*ke”, before telling her that he was joking.
The documents state that she accuses Bear-McClard of tracking her through an app on her phone, as well as messaging a 15-year-old girl on Instagram.
His statement added: ‘Sebastian seemed pleased with himself and laughed at my comment. He did not deny my accusations.
Sources told Variety that his contact with the 15-year-old, as well as his romantic ties to a fourth woman on the set of Uncut Gems, led to his being fired by the Safdies.
However, the allegations about the 15-year-old girl do not seem to outweigh the official accusations.
A fifth woman, who has worked in the film industry as an intern and assistant, also provided a statement alleging that Bear-McClard engaged in problematic behavior.

Ratajkowski’s friends say the model is not surprised by the allegations. She is represented by Brett Ward and Jackie Combs in the ongoing divorce.
Ratajkowski and Bear-McClard were married in a New York courthouse in February 2018 after dating for just two weeks. She is fighting for sole custody of their two-year-old son Sylvester, who was born in March 2021.
A24 released both ‘Good Time’ and ‘Uncut Gems’, and they are behind best picture Oscar winners ‘Everything Everywhere All at Once’ and ‘Moonlight’.
A Variety source claims the scene in question was used in promotional images presented to buyers at the Cannes market in 2016.
This was reportedly the footage that A24 bought the film from, though the scene never made the final cut.
A24 declined to comment on the matter, but first signed on with Bear-McClard and Safdie’s in 2020, long after the allegations were made against pundits in the movies.
