The pair were seen chatting and laughing as they enjoyed some food and a few drinks, sitting in an open area of the establishment where everyone could see.
The Academy Award-winning actor, 63, looked ruggedly handsome in blue jeans, a T-shirt and a navy jacket as he sat opposite Nathalie.
The Peruvian-Australian actress, 39 – who is best known for starring in The Fast And The Furious: Tokyo Drift – stunned in a white blouse and wore her brunette hair down.

On Saturday, whatever his dating status is at the moment, he and Kelley decided to spend some time at the beach with a friend the day after their lunch date, Saturday.
The trio seemed to spend much of their time in an area where lounge chairs and umbrellas were set up, not far from where the waves were coming in.
This time, Kelly got ready for a swim by wearing an aqua blue bikini underneath her all-white sheer ensemble that looked perfect for the beach.
At points she appeared to engage in conversation with the male friend, who was dressed in an all-black outfit with long shorts and sneakers.
With temperatures hovering between the mid-70s and low 80s Fahrenheit, Penn once again wore a blue denim shirt over an olive green T-shirt and matching shorts.
After enjoying some beach time together, Penn and Kelley headed back to The Setai, the hotel where the Ocean Grill is located.
In recent months, Penn has been dating Olga Korotyayeva, 43, but it is not clear if they are still an item.
Sean and Olga were first spotted together on a date at Nobu restaurant in Malibu in late May.
