Sean McVay’s model wife shares one-word reaction to LA Rams’ blowout Wild Card win over Minnesota Vikings

Sean McVay’s wife reacted positively to her husband’s win and playoff win over the Los Angeles Rams on Monday night.

The Rams entered the divisional round of the NFL playoffs with a 27-9 victory over the Minnesota Vikings in the final game of Wild Card weekend.

The game was highly emotionally charged for the Rams, who were forced to move the game to State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, as wildfires continued to devastate the city of Los Angeles.

After a week of turmoil and tragedy, Rams head coach McVay’s wife, Veronika Khomyn, shared a moving message in response to the victory.

Khomyn showed her support for the Rams when she shared a photo of the scoreboard in Arizona with lots of blue Los Angeles in the stands to her Instagram Story.

“This,” the Ukrainian model simply wrote alongside the photo with a blue heart emoji.

The couple tied the knot in a lavish wedding in Beverly Hills in June 2022, nearly four months after McVay masterminded a narrow 23-20 win over the Cincinnati Bengals for their second-ever Super Bowl (LVI) title was on hold.

The Rams overwhelmed the Minnesota Vikings and fired Sam Darnold a record NFL playoff, dominating the NFL wild-card clash nine times on Monday night.

Rookie Jared Verse returned a fumble for a 57-yard score for the Rams (11-7), who looked comfortable from the first second in their adopted home stadium, State Farm Stadium. LA drove for a touchdown on the opening drive and built a 10-0 lead by the end of the first quarter.

Despite the Vikings’ attempts to get the score back with a third-quarter touchdown, the Rams’ victory was never in doubt.

Last week, wildfires besieged Los Angeles, sweeping through the city at a deadly pace, destroying entire neighborhoods and reducing thousands of homes to ash and rubble.

As a growing group of firefighters continue to battle brutal conditions on the front lines in Los Angeles, the Rams honored their hometown heroes.

McVay, along with his players, wore a special t-shirt that read “LAFD” in the team’s colors as a moment of silence was held before the game to pay respect to the victims of the tragedy.
