Fox News host Sean Hannity has splurged on a sprawling $23.5 million mansion after trading New York for Florida.

The 62-year-old has left The Empire State and moved to his new home in Manalapan, an affluent city in Palm Beach County.

His home is just a few minutes’ drive from newly elected President Donald Trump’s home, Mar-a-Lago, which he has often defended on his show.

Hannity’s new luxury home features Spanish-style roof tiles and is surrounded by palm trees.

The house sits on a barrier island with the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Intracoastal Waterway on the other, making for fantastic views.

The 12,000-square-foot residence sits on nearly 2 acres of land and has a total of eight bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms.

Built in 1990, the estate is also equipped with the Florida essentials: a pool that sparkles at night, a dock, a balcony and a rooftop observation deck.
