Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs DENIES gang rape of 17-year-old girl in Manhattan recording studio and claims photo showing her sitting on his lap ‘isn’t accurate’

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has denied raping a 17-year-old girl at his Manhattan recording studio, claiming a photo of her sitting on his lap is “not accurate.”

The 54-year-old Harlem-born rapper has filed an official lawsuit against allegations of abuse by the alleged victim, who is now in his 30s.

She alleged in December that Combs, his longtime friend and rapper Harve Pierre and a third unidentified man took her to his New York studio before plying her with “large amounts of drugs and alcohol” in 2003.

He and two friends then took turns violently raping the teen as she drifted in and out of consciousness, leaving her in so much pain that she could barely stand or remember how to get home, the complaint alleges.

The alleged victim is the fourth woman to make allegations against Combs. He has never been convicted and recently settled a rape lawsuit filed by R&B singer Cassie just one day after it was filed.

His eleven-page denial of the fourth woman’s allegations claims that he “never participated in, witnessed, was aware of or is currently aware of any misconduct, sexual or otherwise, involving the plaintiff, under whatever circumstance,” said Rolling stone.

The response, filed in the Southern District of New York, challenged the authenticity of color photos showing the teen sitting on his lap at Daddy’s House Recording Studio.

“The context, authenticity and/or accuracy of the photos are disputed,” his response said.

“Plaintiff’s decision to wait more than twenty years to file her complaint has disadvantaged Defendant as he has lost the ability to fully and fairly defend himself in these proceedings.

“For example, some or all of the evidence that would otherwise have been available had the action begun immediately may be unavailable, lost, or compromised.”

Combs’ response also attempts to dismiss the lawsuit from another angle – arguing that it should be dismissed because the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Act (GMVA) under which it is brought is “unconstitutional.”

“Allowing this action to proceed violates the defendant’s rights under the United States Constitution and the New York State Constitution,” it said.

According to Rolling Stone, Combs recently strengthened his legal team with new attorneys.

They include Bobbi C Sternheim, who defended Ghislaine Maxwell, and Shawn Holley, who successfully secured Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer’s reinstatement to Major League Baseball amid sexual assault allegations.

Combs’ co-defendant in the fourth case, Pierre also filed a denial on Tuesday, saying he “never participated in the sexual assault of the accuser nor ever witnessed anyone else sexually assaulting the accuser,” according to Rolling Stone.

The anonymous accuser, now in her late 30s, has backed up her claims with now-controversial photos of herself sitting on the I’ll Be Missing You singer’s lap and wandering around his Manhattan studio.

Diddy immediately sent out a tweet in December denying the accusation and saying that all allegations against him are from people “looking for a quick payday.”

In harrowing detail, Jane Doe’s accuser describes how Combs demanded she pinch his nipples during the attack to help him “get off” — and then pulled up a chair to watch her be raped and strangled by his associates.

She says she suffered in silence for 20 years until R&B singer Cassie sued Combs, her former mentor and ex-boyfriend, alleging he subjected her to brutal beatings, drug-addled hotel orgies and rape.

Combs denied the claims in that case and the two sides reached an out-of-court settlement just 24 hours after the lawsuit was made public in November 2023.

He tweeted a new statement under the headline “Enough is enough.”

“Over the past few weeks I have sat quietly and watched as people tried to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy,” he wrote.

“Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday.

“Let me be very clear: I did not do any of the horrible things that have been alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”

But three more accusers have since come forward, with the latest perhaps the most shocking accusations yet against the three-time Grammy winner, who previously dismissed the slew of historical abuse claims as a “cash grab.”
