Seagram’s heiress Hannah Bronfman opens the doors to her HUGE New York apartment – with ‘magic glass’ windows, marble interiors and CASHMERE walls

Social media users are in disbelief over a clip featuring ex-DJ and entrepreneur Hannah Bronfman’s massive New York City apartment, complete with an enviable walk-in closet and cashmere wall.

Hannah welcomed the content creator along with her husband, ex-DJ Brendan Fallis, 44 Caleb Simpson in their Downtown Manhattan apartment, showing off their sprawling three-story home, for which they can get a $4,300-a-month mortgage.

After walking through a passageway to get to the front door, you immediately emerge into a huge living and dining room with 20-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows – as well as a skylight.

There was also an entire wall full of bookshelves — which 36-year-old Hannah, the heiress to Seagram’s liquor empire, explained, and for good reason.

Other breathtaking features included the bar (left: Brendan at the bar) and the master bathroom (left)

“The man who owned this apartment used to be the curator of rare books at Strand Books,” she told Caleb.

They also have a bar and coffee near the living room, which Celeb called “the best bar” he’s seen in New York City.

The tour then continued upstairs where the master bedroom was. As Caleb pointed out in the video, an entire wall of the bedroom consisted of floor-to-ceiling windows, which freeze at the touch of a button for total privacy.

Their marble bathroom had a large freestanding bath and a spacious sofa.

Brendan then led Caleb through a luxurious, off-white and beige wall to their walk-in closets—which were larger than most New Yorkers’ entire apartments.

The organized space included a sunglasses wall and a separate shoe closet.

“I didn’t expect this at all,” Caleb stated.

Downstairs, Hannah and Brendan showed off their media room, where they even have a separate playroom for their kids.

The couple are parents to daughter Claude Peaches Anne Fallis, born in June 2023, and son Preston Miles Thomas, whom they welcomed in 2020.

In a YouTube video posted by Brendan when they first purchased the apartment, the couple explained that the building used to be a hat factory dating back to 1894.

The couple, who married in 2017, bought the massive space about five years ago and spent three years renovating it.

The house originally had Victorian-style arches at the dining area and darker wood panels on the stairs, as well as an older kitchen.

The video has been viewed more than 14 million times since it was posted to TikTok on Wednesday. While most were impressed with the enormous space, some were unsure of all the changes the couple had made.

“Damn the arches looked so good they should have kept them,” one viewer wrote.

“It’s beautiful but I feel like it had more character before it was stripped,” another agreed.

“It’s beautiful but there’s not enough sunlight, it feels like a cave underground,” someone else added.

Others like the vast space.

“This might be the best apartment yet,” one user declared.

“WOW, that apartment is insanely beautiful,” said another.

“This is so sick,” one fan wrote. ‘Finally an apartment in New York that is worth the money.’
