Scrubs actress Sarah Chalke, 46, and her 49-year-old fiancé Jamie Afifi have split.
On Friday, their representatives confirmed that: People that they broke off their 2006 engagement “some time ago.” They are now co-parenting their two children Charlie, 12, and Frances, six.
“They remain committed to being devoted co-parents and close friends,” the representatives of the actress and entertainment attorney told the site.

Sarah also has son Charlie.
Charlie was diagnosed with Kawasaki disease at the age of two, an autoimmune disease in which blood vessels become inflamed.
Sarah shared her painful experience with Wet paint and how she coped with her son’s illness and found a treatment to cure him.
“It was a very difficult time because Charlie was often misdiagnosed, and we fought very hard to get him seen by a specialist,” she revealed.
“Thank God he’s okay,” she added. “Every Kawasaki experience is different, but one thing in common for KD parents is that they are misdiagnosed a lot.”
