Scottie Scheffler may spend the next few weeks at home as his wife is about to give birth to their first child.

Instead of a sprawling palace, the Scheffler family lives in a modestly priced mansion in Dallas, Texas, which is well within the golfer’s reported net worth.

Scheffler bought the house in 2020 after marrying his high school sweetheart Meredith Scudder, for a price tag of $2.1 million.

For that price, the house has plenty of space: almost 5,000 square feet, while boasting five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

According to Zillow (via the New York Post), the house is now estimated to be worth around $3.2 million.

The house is described as ‘unique’ and is located in the chic Devonshire area.

Characteristic of the house includes a spacious master bedroom, equipped with a sitting area and cupboards for him and her.

It sits on half an acre of land with a large backyard with a covered patio, fireplace and swimming pool.

The mansion is a perfect home base for the world’s No. 1 golfer – a title that has belonged to Scheffler for a whopping 85 weeks since March 2022.

Scottie has had a strong season in 2024, with four wins so far this season.

His first came at the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill in Orlando, Florida, where he defeated second-seeded Wyndham Clark by five strokes.

The following week at The Players Championship, Scheffler won by a single stroke after a three-way tie for second place consisting of Clark, Brian Harman and Xander Schauffele.

This weekend he took his fourth victory in Harbor Town and the RBC Heritage

After a second-place finish at the Houston Open, Scheffler returned to his winning ways with victories at Augusta and The Masters.

He became the first golfer in history to win both The Masters and The Players in the same season.

And for good measure, Scheffler dominated this weekend at the RBC Heritage at Harbor Town in South Carolina.

In total, Scheffler’s career earnings now exceed $82 million since turning pro.
