Scott Disick reveals why his sex life has been RUINED and he’s now ‘terrible’ in bed… as Khloe Kardashian vows to help
Scott Disick revealed that his car accident last year led to weight gain, back pain and a lack of sex life on this week’s episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Last season, Disick – who will star in the Love Island Games – opened up about his horrific car accident in which his Lamborghini SUV flipped on its side after the crash.
The reality star is trying to recover, and Khloe Kardashian introduces him to a doctor to ease his back pain without major surgery.
The episode returns to Los Angeles where an SUV comes to pick up Khloe, with Scott Disick in the vehicle.
Khloe asks how his back is, and he says, “it’s still really sore,” as Khloe says in the confessional that they’re getting Scott’s MRI results back.

“I think maybe Scott needs to realize that these things can be fixed.” You can’t let it get you down,’ Khloe says in the confessional.
They head to Sports Rehab LA while Chloe introduces Scott to the aforementioned Dr. Pat, to whom Scott tells, since the accident, “everything has changed in my life. Like I couldn’t run around, I put on weight.’
He adds that he did a few hours of treatment with the woman in Santa Monica, adding, “I’m not into spiritual healing at all, and she was like, you know, microdosing some mushrooms. This is not for me. It was madness.’
Dr Pat says there is ‘good news and bad news’ with his MRI results, adding: ‘You’re kind of on the verge of possibly needing surgery. The good news is you can save it without surgery, but you really have to be like locked in,” as Khloe says, “It takes work.”
Scott replies, ‘I mean, whatever I have to do to not be like open back surgery,’ as Dr. Pat says he has a ‘small window.’
Dr. Pat gets down to business as Chloe says, ‘Scott, I’m telling you, you’ll feel so much better if you do this regularly. You’re so young you can’t live like this.’
Scott adds, “I’m almost forty,” while Khloé echoes what she said earlier this season, that she “can’t wait to be in my 40s. The 1930s were a terrible disaster.’
“I mean, what happened between Tristan and I was a very traumatic experience. Then there was the surrogacy, the cancer scare, but I just don’t think there’s any way this is going to continue in my 40s, because one day I might crack. I’m just excited, so let the girl be excited,” Khloe said.

Dr. Pat asks Scott what he would do for fun before the accident, and he immediately says, ‘Sex,’ while Dr. Pat asks, ‘Recreational?’ Scott says, ‘Mmhmm. But now I can’t move, so I’m terrible.’
Khloe says, ‘Isn’t that motivation that you love to fix your back?’ Scott adds: ‘Should I get back on the wagon to fuck?’
‘Yes. You’re actually falling apart in front of our eyes and I’m not going to let this happen,’ Khloe says, while Scott says it’s ‘too hot’, but Khloe says not to ‘be warm.’
“I don’t want to go back to surgery.” “Sounds like hell,” admits Scott before leaving Dr. Pat.
As they leave the office, Scott says he ‘feels good’ and that ‘it’s better than possibly being abused by her, so I’m happy to commit to this.’
Scott adds, “Then on my 40th birthday or something… maybe… me and you,” subtly suggesting they should have sex on his birthday, as Khloe says, “Maybe you hit the head.”
“No, but on my 40th birthday, maybe I’ll feel better,” Scott says, pulling away, joking, “We don’t seem to be getting anywhere.”

“Ever since that car accident, it’s gotten worse over time,” Scott tells Khloe, as they show a flashback of Scott explaining the accident last season.
Khloe opens a bottle of water and says, ‘Let me make you a promise. You didn’t do physical therapy. It’s not the same. Then you have to do physical therapy. You don’t just get new s**t. When I put three discs in my back, Dr. Pat took them back there. Now I don’t have to do surgery. Who wants surgery?’
Scott adds, “Not me, but that’s what they keep telling me,” as Khloe adds in the confessional, “I think maybe Scott needs a little encouragement because this is probably the most unhealthy I’ve ever seen him. He can barely move and everything is off his back, so no one would feel well.’
Khloe tells Scott as he sits down that he needs an “E-stim,” adding, “Dr. Pat will bring it, it is made for injuries and healing isolated muscles.’
