School principal seen on video with beer bong and serving teenage students alcohol

A Kentucky high school principal is facing charges after a video emerged of him drinking from a beer bong with two students.

Scott High School Principal Anthony Procaccino, 50, has been charged with two counts of aiding or assisting in serving alcohol to minors.

Procaccino and the students – identified as 16 and 17 years old – were filmed drinking at his home on New Year’s Eve 2023.

At the time, Procaccino was the principal at Whites Tower Elementary, where he worked for 10 years before moving to Scott High School in July of this year.

The footage shows Procaccino drinking from the beer bong with the students and holding the beer bong up so they can both drink.

The video was reported to police earlier this month by the mother of one of the teens.

According to the police report, the mother was also concerned about the “revealing clothing” the girls were wearing in the video.

At the time, Procaccino was the principal at Whites Tower Elementary, where he worked for 10 years before moving to Scott High School in July of this year.

A spokesperson for Kenton County School District, Jessica Dykes, released a statement on Oct. 21 saying, “The Kenton County School District is aware of the investigation and we are cooperating with law enforcement.”

Dykes added, “This is a personnel matter, and Cody Wolf, assistant principal at Scott High School, has been named interim principal at this time.”

Kenton County Commonwealth’s Attorney Rob Sanders said LINK nky that as far as he knows “the allegations do not involve anything sexual.”

The two charges are “criminal misdemeanors punishable by fines up to $250 per charge,” according to Kenton police.
