Savage Garden’s Darren Hayes sends fans wild by stripping down to show off his incredible body transformation

Darren Hayes has sent fans into a frenzy after he stripped down to show off his impressive body transformation.

The 52-year-old former Savage Garden singer shared his fitness journey with his 95,200 followers on Instagram on Monday.

Darren shared a photo of himself shirtless, before and after a year of hard work in the gym.

In his ‘after’ photo, the Australian pop star’s toned abs and pecs were much more visible.

In the caption, the pop star discussed the training regimen that got him to this point.

“I’m 52. The picture on the left is after about a year of boxing, Basecamp and Barry’s bootcamp. The picture on the right is right after I got back from tour 2 years ago,” he wrote.

However, the Animal Song hitmaker let his fans know that the process wasn’t easy at his age.

“Exercise is HARD as you get older, but it keeps me healthy,” he wrote.

Savage Garden, consisting of Hayes and guitarist Daniel Jones, was formed in 1993.

The band produced a number of number 1 hits, such as To the Moon and Back and Truly Madly Deeply.

The duo split in 2001, but Hayes continued his solo career, while Jones married children’s entertainer and former Hi-5 star Kathleen De Leon.
