It comes as Darren lifted the lid on Savage Garden’s bitter breakup as he prepared to release his first album in over a decade.

Savage Garden, made up of Darren and guitarist Daniel Jones, formed in 1993 and produced a string of No. 1 hits including To the Moon and Back and Truly Madly Deeply.

Sadly, a rift between the bandmates caused them to break up at the height of their fame in 2001.

Darren went on to pursue a solo career, while Daniel married former Hi-5 star Kathleen De Leon.

Appearing on The Kyle And Jackie O Show earlier this year, Darren clarified that the real reason Savage Garden broke up was because Daniel decided to leave.

Darren recently released his long-awaited fifth solo album, titled Homosexual.
