He underwent his medical on Monday as he approached a £73 million move, which Mail Sport understands will earn him £130 million a year.
But according to the French outlet Foot Mercatoincluded in that eye-watering sum is a £70,000 bonus for every win the Riyadh-based team collects, as well as £430,000 for every post or story he makes on social media promoting Saudi Arabia.

The remarkable contract also includes a private plane that will allow him to fly around the world, as well as a lavish home for himself and pregnant girlfriend Bruna Biancardi, accompanied by a slew of housekeepers and support staff.
As Mail Sport reported on Monday, Saudi insiders say a stadium presentation in front of an adoring crowd will be the most likely reveal for Neymar after the 31-year-old arrives next week.
But while the stands may be packed – 60,000 came to see Karim Benzema and his Ballon d’Or – much of the focus will be on the millions watching online.
Talks will be ongoing with Neymar and his representatives about what he should and should not do during the term of his two-year contract. Similar talks were held with Cristiano Ronaldo ahead of his move from Manchester United.
The contract of the Portuguese would contain various clauses regarding image rights and marketing obligations.

It was a remarkable turnaround for the 31-year-old after weeks of speculation linking him with a fairytale return to Barcelona, where he was famous for being part of a devastating attacking trio alongside Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi.
Neymar ends a confusing six-year stay with PSG following their stunning £198 million world record in 2017; he comfortably dominated Ligue 1, but failed to secure the coveted Champions League crown.
Struggling with injury during the business end of the season, the Brazilian was soon usurped by Kylian Mbappé as the side’s talisman and no doubt played a part in his and the club’s readiness to part ways.
The mercurial striker was left out of Luis Enrique’s selection on Saturday for the league opener against Lorient, which ended goalless.
He scored 18 goals for his club last season before undergoing surgery on his right ankle in March, ruling him out for the rest of the season.
In total, Neymar has scored 118 times in 173 appearances for PSG, winning five Ligue 1 titles and three Coupe de France trophies.
His new outfit has been busy this summer with the likes of Ruben Neves from Wolves, Kalidou Koulibaly from Chelsea, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic from Lazio and Malcom from Zenit St Petersburg.
Malcom made an immediate impact in their first game of the new Saudi Pro League season on Monday night, scoring a hat-trick as Al-Hilal beat Abha 3-1.
